MOSVIEW: A Graphical Tool for MOS Analog Design MOSVIEW is graphical tool for transistor-level design that allows rapid exploration of the design space. With MOSVIEW users can easily analyze design tradeoffs and develop a feeling for transistor sizing for analog circuits. The graphical tool is based on the ACM model of the MOS transistor [03], which covers all transistor operating regions and has fewer parameters than most MOSFET models.
